Service Description
This mentorship is for the woman who is done going it alone. It isn't about more products or information, but rather having a functional, holistic health professional in your corner who holds you firmly to the standard you’ve set for yourself. The All In Mentorship is a high-touch, accountability-first experience designed for women who are ready to break the cycles and integrate new habits to replace the ones that have kept you feeling stuck. We don’t just track what you’re eating, how much you’re moving or eliminate things. We shift your relationship to food and nourishment by creating habits in which the choices you know are best for you, are also the most convenient. The farther away from this new baseline you feel, the better, as the body responds very quickly once it’s properly fueled. Expect an ally that is firm, direct, and encouraging. You’ll be seen, challenged, celebrated, and supported every step of the way. The outcome: a woman who doesn’t need to restart on Monday. She supports her body, respects & trusts her choices, and has the tools to sustain her results long after our work together ends. Mentorship Framework -20 min (1) onboarding call -15 min (3) weekly check-in calls : quick pulse checks to establish accountability, keep momentum and address questions. -45 deep dive sessions (2) biweekly calls. These can be on the phone, via Zoom, or in person. A deep dive session may be used for personal training. -As-needed voice note access (used with intention). Whether its a quick hype up, question, clarification, or a moment to celebrate a win, I’m available via voice note during the day and early evening. You can expect a response within 3 hours, unless it’s after 7pm, response will be the next day. -Daily Achievement Tracking- we track your progress daily, discover patterns, and most importantly, accumulate and celebrate wins of all sizes. -Bespoke meal plan and shopping list -based on your individual preferences and restrictions. -Movement/ fitness guide and tracker- individualized based on your lifestyle, resources, availability and what is realistic and sustainable. -20 min (1) Monthly Review Session: highlights of month, reflections, celebrations, areas for growth, & setting next month’s focus. * Please note * the session duration input field is only for the onboarding call. Scheduling takes place on that call and via email if needed.
